Although 2018 was so good to me in so many ways, I fell off the wagon early on and gained more weight than I care to admit. I’m trying to get back to a healthy lifestyle and I’m not quite sure if I will follow Keto because it may just not be for me, after I’ve tried it and failed it too many times. I have a love hate relationship with the diet, but I cannot stay consistent with it and that is hindering me greatly. With that said, I’m not sure quite yet what my game plan is but I might try different things till I find something sustainable and something that works for me. However, one thing that I do plan to do is for the first month of the year, I want to reset my relationship with alcohol. Obviously, I know that no alcohol is good for me, but I want to find out just how bad it’s treating my body. The second picture is from today, a day that my boyfriend and I have had planned for a while, before I decided to do no alcohol for a month so my official start day will be tomorrow, therefore ending the challenge on Feb 2. I’m actually very excited about this challenge, which is something I never thought I would say 😅😅 I have signed up for the app and I look forward to beginning this year on the right foot. #dryjanuary2019 #dryjanuary
